We loved our 6 night stay. Our suite included a private safe, television and a mini-fridge-bar. Everything was wonderful as expected, however the bathroom was a bit small. The location was stunning, short walk from Mcpherson Square.

It had bad views.

The rooms were lovely looking and newly renovated and had coffee and tea making equipment, and a refrigerator. The hotel had a very central position near to Close to all the must-sees, really close to the city center and most the attractions.

The room was a decent size and newly remodeled with a large bathroom and heating. The staff at the reception desk were exceptionally pleasant. The breakfast was tasty. The check-in process was friendly. The location was great and lovely, with a market and different stores within walking distance.

The hotel's elegant and modern decor was truly delightful and made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained, and I particularly appreciated the comfortable seating and beautiful artwork throughout the hotel. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility was excellent for senior people like myself, with easy navigation and plenty of seating areas to rest and take in the lovely surroundings.

I would ask for a better vacation experience for senior people if the hotel could provide a more accessible way for the children of the staff to assist with luggage and transport.

The four-night stay at this venue in a central location after a major refurbishment was excellent, and the Italian cuisine at the connected restaurant was truly enjoyable.

The location of this place is fantastic and beautiful, making it convenient with a nearby underground station and situated in a peaceful area.

It's a high-class and extremely comfy place with caring staff at the reception desk. the breakfast is savoury and free, offered with the Starbucks downstairs. - the location is particularly good and stunning with public parking at the hotel.
